I’m not usually one to leave reviews, but I am beyond impressed with my grass installation, that I had to give a shoutout to the SmartGrass Auckland team and share how amazing they have been! The transformation has made such a difference, it has completely elevated the look and feel of my space—admiring the view of a beautiful, lush lawn daily, I actually find myself wanting to go outside and enjoy it now. From start to finish, the entire experience was exceptional. Sophie, who handled the initial meeting and quote, was an absolute pleasure to deal with—especially with all the questions I had. Phil, the Operations Manager, was incredibly accommodating with scheduling, and Annalee in the office was also fantastic—friendly and helpful. And finally, a HUGE thank you to the installers, Troy and Andrew. These guys were exceptional. Not only did they do an amazing job, but they truly went above and beyond my expectations. Professional yet down-to-earth, with great communication throughout. Their workmanship is top-tier, their attention to detail is second to none and they left everything spotless at the end of each day. The finished result is to such a high standard—I couldn’t be happier. I’ve had so many compliments from others in the complex already, and I can say with confidence and without hesitation that this has been one of the best investments I’ve ever made in my property. I cannot recommend the SmartGrass Auckland team highly enough!

Delighted with the result; the installation of SmartGrass completely transformed the space. Anna the consultant explained the product and the process clearly and made the whole process work smoothly from end to end. Mike and Hayden the installers were clearly proud of their work, and rightly so! They also worked in well with the builders who were also on site at the time.

Couldn’t recommend more, Anna went over and above working with me and helping me to decide on the correct product. Hayden and Alex were awesome on the install especially with the difficult access. I’am very happy with the final results. 5stars A+++
