Delighted with the result; the installation of SmartGrass completely transformed the space. Anna the consultant explained the product and the process clearly and made the whole process work smoothly from end to end. Mike and Hayden the installers were clearly proud of their work, and rightly so! They also worked in well with the builders who were also on site at the time.

Anna was great to work with, nothing was a problem for her. She kept up with my changes with a smile and understanding. The "boys" that worked on my site were charming and professional. Now the grass is down, the garden area looks fantastic, my 3 dogs a constantly out pottering about, and lying in the sun. They love it, and I love the ease of cleaning up their poop. Win win all round.

Great company to deal with. Anna was easy to and duscuss things right from start, New about the product. Mike, Hayden, Alex and Joseph were brilliant and at communicating what they were up to. I had just come out of hospital and was on crutches. So we'll done guys. Phil was great except for my hamburger haha. Job well done would recommend them 👏 .

We didn't proceed with our quote, but I just wanted to mention the amazing customer service Anna gave us. She was fantastic, very knowledgeable, answered all of my questions, provided an on-the-spot quote, and was just a lovely person in general. SmartGrass were the first company we contacted about artificial grass and we didn't realise it could be quite costly - it definitely is an investment and it's clear from their samples and before/after photos that they have a great product. Anna also broke down each step and the cost behind it so we understood everything - she was very helpful. Hopefully one day we can get our backyard sorted! Thanks again, Anna. 🙂

We came across SmartGrass at one of the Wellington home shows and asked them to give us a quote. They turned up on time and had a quick turn around on the quote. We agreed a start date and a few days beforehand they called to remind me they were coming and went through the process. The installation team of Hayden, Joseph and Troy turned up on time, explained what they were doing and how long it would take. Everything went to plan and the team were polite, pleasant to deal with and kept everything clean and tidy. We have asked them back to quote on another area …

Anna was a great consultant, very friendly and informative she managed to arrange the installation within a week before my son’s birthday which was much appreciated. The installers Alex and Hayden were very professional with the work. They gave good explanations of the install process and advice on long term maintenance. The work area was left tidy when they finished. Since the space already was concrete it was all finished within a day. We are happy with the product and can recommend Smartgrass.
